*The company agrees to pay 15 pence per mile if traveling from a distance of more than 5 miles. The Company agrees to pay any toll road charges. This will be a single payment to the driver of the vehicle used and not per person. Any rail or flight fares to be agreed in advance and on an individual basis.

Transport Arrangements: If the company has agreed to provide transport for the Performer to travel to and from the venue, the Company must provide details of flight or train booked at least 1 week prior to the date of the show.

Parking: If free parking is not available at the venue, the Company agrees to compensate the Performer the parking fee on the day of the show, on presentation of a receipt.
